Shower with Epura for 60 days after it's delivered. If it isn't for you, contact us and we'll refund your purchase in full.
How to return
- Email us through our contact page (epura.shop/pages/contact) with your order number within 60 days of delivery.
- We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Once your return is received, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Items should be returned with all included parts. Used filter cartridges don't need to be returned.
Cancellations Want to cancel? Contact us with your order number before it ships and we'll refund you in full.
Damaged or defective items If anything arrives damaged or stops working, contact us within 60 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.
